5.How to use the cold therapy machine?

Preparation stage: Check whether the equipment is intact, whether the power supply is properly connected, and whether there is enough water in the tank. Properly connect the device to the corresponding accessories (such as cold pack, hot pack, pressure belt, etc.).

Setting parameters: Select the right temperature, pressure, and mode for your treatment needs. Under normal circumstances, the cold compress temperature is set between 0°C and 15°C, and the hot compress temperature is set between 37°C and 45°C. The pressure can be adjusted according to the treatment site and the individual's tolerance.

Start treatment: Place a cold pack or hot pad over the area in need of treatment, ensuring a tight fit. Adjust the pressure band to the appropriate degree of tightness to avoid too tight or too loose. Activate the device and begin treatment.
